🚨 Emergency number
112 — the single European emergency number (police, fire brigade, ambulance). It works from any phone, free of charge, and operators speak English.
🏥 Hospitals
St George University Hospital — Plovdiv’s largest hospital, with 24-hour emergency departments (66 Peshtersko Shose Blvd).
Pulmed Hospital — a private hospital with an emergency room (1A Perushtitsa St).
💊 Pharmacies
There are pharmacies every few blocks in the centre. You’ll find a 24-hour pharmacy near the Central Railway Station and on the main boulevards — ask us and we’ll point you to the nearest one that’s open.
🦷 Doctor / dentist
If you need a doctor or dentist during your stay, call us — we’ll refer you to a practice nearby, with a same-day appointment if needed.
👮 Police
Plovdiv First Police Station is in the centre (7 Knyaz Bogoridi St). In an emergency always dial 112.
